01 / THE PROBLEM

The problem.

A fast customer reply is only useful if it is right for the business. Operators need to understand the evidence, spot exceptions and keep control of what is sent.

What I worked on.

    Built the review console, queue and company knowledge interface.

    Designed onboarding and owner-training flows around how a business actually answers questions.

    Explored booking-aware replies and evidence review with synthetic demonstration data.

03 / PROGRESS & RESULTS

Where it stands.

The review console is an interactive prototype. I haven’t evaluated reply quality in live use yet. The demo businesses and metrics are synthetic.
