01 / THE PROBLEM

The problem.

Work arrives as messages, but doing it requires context, priorities and time. Manually moving requests between an inbox, task list and calendar creates its own layer of work.

What I worked on.

Built the backend and integrations that connect incoming requests with structured tasks.

Worked on email extraction, calendar-aware prioritisation and the connections between the inbox, agenda and shared workspaces.

Owned production deployment and contributed to the interface and integration work that makes the system usable day to day.

Where it stands.

I worked on email triage, tasks, a daily agenda and shared workspaces, with responsibility for the backend, integrations and production deployment. I stopped shipping Agenta on 25 September 2026. It is part of my past work.
